By definition, “Company-Law” is the group, set of laws or specialty of law that regulates companies, associations and other types of organizations.
Likewise, those who are part of “Company Law”, are primarily a group or team of young professionals who decided to exercise and practice law differently. We are a team of lawyers, accountants, translators and notaries, who after several years of practice in the most important law firms and companies of our country, or with them, have decided to make a new road and mark up a new style in practice of law.

Creator of Company-Law
Mariana Berger, creator of Company-Law, completed her studies at the Catholic University of Buenos Aires City, graduating as a lawyer. She completed postgraduate studies in Business and Economic Law and Corporate Law.
She has specialized in the exercise of corporate law in first level legal law firms in Argentina. She began this specialization in 2006 as a junior lawyer in the Zang, Bergel & Viñes and later in Allende & Brea, being in charge, as senior lawyer, in said department.
She has advised multinational companies, SMEs or entrepreneurs and participated in transactions of different size and complexity.
She has created Company-Law, as an interdisciplinary space for the practice of law and has made the development of websites like www.guia-societaria.com.ar and www.sociedades-online.com.ar .
